I'm really excited about this all-new sponsorship training targeted specifically for brand-side marketers who work on or oversee company sponsorships. This is a first-time new course from the Sponsorship Marketing Association designed *exclusively* for sponsors to provide tools and frameworks to help you optimize partnerships. Specifically, this training is specifically targeted for brand-side marketers who are newer to working in sponsorship. So, consider this training (or suggest it to a colleague) if: 1/ You’ve recently stepped into sponsorship marketing because it’s a new area of focus for your role 2/ Your company just invested in its first major sponsorship and you are looking to build knowledge and expertise in this area 3/ You’ve been handed new responsibilities around sponsorship you haven’t handled before As an SMA Board of Advisors member, I've had the opportunity to work on the development of this info-packed, 4-week training along with several other seasoned brand-side marketers and I'm really excited for this upcoming launch. If the sponsor section of your site only shows a list of current sponsors or provides a generic form, you’re making it hard for prospects to take the next step. They need to see 1) The problem you solve, 2) A clear call to action and 3) Results they should expect.
