But also for service dominance of big companies like #Booking and #JustEat It is well possible in an open ecosystem of AI agents, where the "middle man" is eliminated from the service chain. Using AI generated results over your own documentation? On today's Meta webinar, the main speaker was incorrectly sharing their screen, showcasing speaker notes as well as other tabs they were using throughout. I think this would be my worst nightmare ?? Now the webinar itself was quite interesting, covering the Meta Conversion API and how to improve your client's ad performance. But what was more interesting was after asking a question about the Event Match Quality of the Conversion API. I watched the speaker in real time quickly check Meta documentation and when this didn't work they googled "Ideal Event Match Quality Score" and read the AI generated summary ?? I'm not quite sure how I feel about this. On one hand it kind of shows Meta's documentation needs some work as it doesn't include all the information someone needs. On the other hand, is it really that bad to quickly Google something? I think we have all done it! But there is something about watching someone who is suppose to represent the source having to Google it that makes it feel weird, like taking a peek behind the curtain. What do you think?

LinkedIn using Generative AI - I'm sure many of you must have noticed that LinkedIn has been using your posts, data and the ads for improving their Gen AI tool that they integrated recently. Seems like LinkedIn ended up with default Opt-In for using all our data without your consent.
