Aside from your usual pod activity, certain people live for the dopamine effect they get from these posts. The ego boosts they crave from the engagement and likes on their content. It's like a drug. They keep wanting more. But to what means? Rather than writing clickbait posts do yourself one better and write content worth reading to your buyers. I was interviewing a candidate for a design role when they joined the call with their camera off. ?? I asked them if they could turn their camera on, and they told me that “their camera has been broken for the last 10 months, so they couldn’t do it.” Who on earth has a broken camera for 10 months and doesn’t fix it immediately in a remote-first world?
