Will you flip the script on work and labor in 2025? ??If higher education is to achieve its success goals, we must discuss the differences between academic work and labor. ??Practically every school I work with wants the outcomes that flow from labor: the pleasures of learning, high performance as a byproduct of learning, and lifelong learning. ??But they generate outcomes that flow from work —?drudgery, lack of dignity and frustration.
