Don’t let that idea slip away… Brilliant ideas sometimes pop up into our heads out of nowhere, has it happened to you? That moment of inspiration might be transitory, but the impact of acting on it could be lasting. Acting on an idea as soon as it comes ensures that the energy and excitement around it don’t fade. This momentum can be the difference between an idea that thrives and one that fizzles out. Implementing ideas rapidly fosters a culture of innovation, and it encourages us to think on our feet and adapt quickly. Here are 3 things to help you implement ideas quick: 1. Always have a way to jot down ideas, wether it’s a notebook, notes app or even voice memos. 2. Take time during your day to review and act on new ideas, small steps can lead to significant progress. 3. Surround yourself with a team or network that encourages swift actions and can help you bring your ideas to life. I’m incredibly happy to have the opportunity at work to do just that, putting ideas into action as soon as they arise. This has not only enhanced my productivity but also allowed me to contribute meaningful to our team’s success. Remember the best ideas are the ones we bring to fruition. So don’t let your next great ideas roll away, act on it and watch it transform into something amazing. I’ve tracked these openings for years, and it’s remarkable how many job postings are recycled (one company has been advertising for an SRE for 11 months straight!). In recent months, more people have reached out to discuss their applications. Often, they haven’t heard back and are looking for introductions or internal acknowledgement. I’m proud to have helped a number of them be seen, land roles, negotiate better offers, and secure improved terms. Sure, I’d love to be paid for my help. They're hiring for SDRs right now. Do you know them well enough to intro me? Chris - you liked a post of X's, they're hiring AEs right now. Any chance you feel comfortable introing me? Chris - you worked at X biz, they're hiring atm for AEs. Do you still know anyone there that you'd be open to introducing me to? First, give me something more specific than just ''anyone you know''. A career update - After three incredible years at Enigma leading product, I’m off to different pastures - I am deeply deeply grateful to Hicham Oudghiri, Scott Steinberg, Ryan Green, and all my talented and kind teammates.
