This is so amazing. What a fantastic program DXC Technology. Congrats on 10 years for the #DXCDandelionProgram. These incredibly talented individuals, who just happen to have a different brain, beautifully explain some of the really simple and human needs they have in the workplace. I think what is super important to point out, is the way that they internalise "not good enough" or "not talented enough". This is the heartbreaking reality for a lot of people who are neurodivergent. Taking a brain-friendly approach to all your employees by understanding what they need to be successful, is the most human thing you can do. #neurodivergent #neurodiversity #brainfriendly #leadership #inclusion #diversity #dei #wellbeing

Getting the opportunity to meet Michelle Obama at the Qualtrics #X4SLC event in Salt Lake City was an incredible experience. She greeted Kim and I by name and asked a couple of questions about ourselves. It truly felt like she was curious and interested in getting to know us a little bit. I was inspired by her kindness and care. In the thoughts that Michelle Obama shared with the X4 attendees there were a couple of points that still resonate deeply with me today - 6 weeks after the event. First - Michelle Obama stated “leaders are not fearless, they are just comfortably afraid.” There are really hard decisions that leaders at all levels have to make - and many of those decisions come with fear and anxiety. Second - she commented that “when you’re afraid of change, your life becomes small. And I don’t want my life to become small.” Third - she spoke to the importance of community and commented that we are not meant to do this life alone. She shared the analogy of building a kitchen table of family, friends and mentors who are your support system - and you want that table to be set with individuals with different and diverse perspectives. I was truly, truly inspired by this amazing individual. One of the great aspects of attending the Qualtrics X4 event is you get to learn about how and where the Experience Management market is heading AND you get to hear and learn from incredible leaders. Mark your calendar for X4 SLC next March. I had no idea just how tall Michelle Obama is until standing next to her!
