I had a wonderful day surrounded by like-minded people. I was planning to talk about my experience in systematically working on personal productivity and efficiency for 40 minutes, but... This topic turned out to be so interesting for all the entrepreneurs and leaders that the discussion lasted until late in the evening. Here are the main topics of my presentation: The biggest and most complex corporation in my life is myself. What does it produce? How effectively do I manage this corporation? Have I achieved maximum productivity? What do I even know about its structure and management principles? As someone involved in managing a process or processes, we always start with a goal. Whether I lead a company, a scientific institute, or an orchestra. To achieve this goal, we go through the standard steps: Study Form hypotheses Test Develop strategies, rules, a roadmap for a certain stage. Then we find who to give instructions to, and push the performers. To achieve goals, we make many decisions. We plan actions and carry them out. And all of this makes sense when there is the "t" coordinate axis inside the planning system! This is a key parameter. And it is the main and irreplaceable resource - TIME! We can set any goals for ourselves, but always "keep in mind" this "t" axis. Whether it's: ? business goals: growth, scaling, crisis management ? personal goals: run a marathon next year, learn another foreign language, raise a child, see grandchildren, or witness the civilization flourish/catastrophe due to Artificial Intelligence. In reality, we wake up in the morning, motivate ourselves and others to take action only because of the deficit of this very resource - time. Therefore, for the realization of our plans (the adequacy of which is a topic for coaches and philosophers), we need this resource - time. How can we increase it? Through extensive and intensive ways: 1) Extending the life cycle of our bio-corporation 2) Producing more product in a unit of time - increase productivity. And the two main products we produce are IDEAS and SOLUTIONS. What do you think about this? What products do you produce with the help of your brain?

What if we made "un-campuses" the way we make "un-conferences"? In an unconference, all participants collectively decide on what sessions will occur. In an uncampus, all members choose what sessions to host and attend. Instead of a few professors, anyone can offer to host a workshop, class, and activity. I love seeing examples of this like @thesfcommons
