Some people drift through life. They feel directionless, lost. Trying to do things that seem like the right thing to do but not feeling that its authentic or true to the self.
STOP! Please Stop!
There is a way to be you, wealthy, happy and free and still live within the social norms of this world.
There are lots of opportunities out there to help too.
BUT! First you have to discover how YOU work, I mean your mind, your beliefs, your actions. In fact, once you have discovered this you wont need other opportunities, you will know exactly what you want to give to the world and you will begin to go about it.
I have coached many hundreds of clients through dissatisfaction and overwhelm into clarity and a flow that moves them easily towards their true heart felt goals.
Today, you too can start that process. Here is a powerful meditation to help you get clarity on what you really want. A meditation to design your future and even more than that, to begin to bring that future into the now.
The key is to feeel it….
Really become aware of where in your body you feel the feelings. Allow the meditation to guide you.
Listen with headphones and note down your experiences after, there is power in writing! Writing it down and saying it out loud as well, makes it real, it gives the thoughts more energy.
Finally, commit EVERYDAY to listening, however, tired, however, down, whatever is going on, do this everyday for 90 days. Make the decision now that you commit to yourself, love yourself enough to do this.
