?? Today marks the start of Safety Week 2024 at Colas! ?? The theme of the 11th edition is ‘Facing the unexpected: stop, think, act’ ?????. Why this theme ? When we analyse the causes of our serious accidents or accidents that could have been serious, we find that very often they occur after a last-minute change that was not taken into account in the execution of the tasks to be carried out. Throughout the week, ??? An educational game in which each team has to choose between ‘continue’, ‘continue under conditions’ or ‘stop (end of day)’ when faced with unforeseen scenarios will be proposed to the teams during the safety meetings. These are privileged moments of exchange that should contribute to a lasting change in our behaviour to achieve our goal of ‘Zero Accidents’.
