Our CEO, Ravi Kumar S, met Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis – later joined Puneet Chandok, President, Microsoft India & South Asia, for a discussion on “New Roles, New Rules: How Is Gen AI Shaping the Workforce of Tomorrow?” Ravi stated, “The AI opportunity is a three-vector transformation: writing code, enabling AI for new products and services, and unlocking new service pools. These vectors will revolutionize IT services by integrating AI into core business functions, creating interdisciplinary skills, and transforming industries.” He also noted, “AI can be a leveler, raising the capabilities of those in the bottom percentiles more than those in the top.
