PicTranslate is an app designed to help you learn the names of items in 10 different languages. It’s simple: just take a picture of an item, and the app will provide its name, description, and example sentences in both English and your chosen language. I have used Google AI’s Gemini-Pro-Vision model through the Dart SDK. This technology enables accurate image recognition and seamless translation. Key Features: Image Capture: Snap a photo of any item you want to learn about. Detailed Descriptions: Dive deeper with detailed descriptions and example sentences. Understand not only the name of the item but also its context and usage. ?? Multilingual Support: Choose from 10 languages, including Arabic, Spanish, French, Mandarin, and more. I’ve implemented several essential concepts from the Flutter Road map by Oleksandr Leushchenko: API Integration: Seamless communication with external services. JSON Serialization: Efficiently handle data interchange. Dependency Injection: Clean and modular code using get_it. Secure Storage: Safeguard sensitive information using Keystore and KeyChain. ??
