Think it takes MONTHS of coaching to deeply understand a client??? Most coaches believe it takes a long time and countless coaching sessions. But if that was true, how do some coaches create massive breakthroughs in just one powerful session??? Great coaches like Tony Robbins, Eckhart Tolle, Byron Katie understand their client’s patterns, and how to distinguish them in just minutes.?? If it took months and months of coaching sessions to do that… …then NONE of these gurus could work their 'coaching magic' as FAST as they do. It only takes one session to know what makes your coaching client tick. So if it takes you hours and hours just to understand your client… ...then your client burns out quickly.?? Ultimately, this amounts to clients just quitting coaching… before you help them. Leaving your client disappointed and unhappy with coaching... ...and leaving YOU without a client.?? In this video I cover one of my solutions to this 'slow coaching conversation' dilemma. The best part about this type of tool? You don't have to be Tony Robbins. You don't have to be a 'psychic coach'. The tools I use reveal my clients' 'inner blueprint' (what 'makes them tick')... …even when my 'intuitive side' takes the day off.? These tools reveal… Strengths ?? Weaknesses ?? Personality Traits ?? Values ?? Cognitive Biases ?? At a glance… Within minutes… Showing me EXACTLY WHO I’m coaching… …before I EVEN MEET the client. It’s one of the ways that I compress the time it takes for coaching breakthroughs… ...into just a few sessions. ? (Breakthroughs that would take most coaches MONTHS to complete…) Watch the video to discover the game-changing tools I use with EVERY client – from CEOs to newcomers – that allows me to understand their ‘inner-selves’ instantly. These tools are a massive accelerator & amplifier of your coaching abilities. In ONE session (and a few glances at your clients' profiles)… …breakthroughs ensue. Jeffrey “Fast Breakthroughs” Sooey P.S. Check out the more in-depth video “MY SECRET WEAPON: Why I Use Assessments to Get Coaching Clients” (link in the comments below) for more detail. It covers how much these tools help with Discovery Sessions, referrals, and enrolling more coaching clients. #CoachingTips #ClientSuccess #CoachingAssessments #BusinessCoaching #LifeCoaching

Are you making any of these mistakes? Running a coaching business can be incredibly rewarding, but I know it also comes with its fair share of challenges. As someone who supports coaches in optimizing their business operations, I've noticed a few common mistakes that might be holding you back. Let’s talk about three of them and how we can turn things around: Wearing Too Many Hats ?? I see it all the time—coaches trying to do it all, from coaching and marketing to admin tasks. While it's commendable, it often leads to burnout and leaves little room for growth. Delegating tasks can feel daunting, but it’s essential for scaling your business. Imagine having more time to focus on your clients and your passion while someone else handles the nitty-gritty details! Not Niching Down ?? It’s natural to want to help everyone, but spreading yourself too thin can dilute your impact. When your messaging isn’t clear, it’s harder for your ideal clients to see why they should choose you. Finding your niche allows you to speak directly to those who need your unique expertise, creating stronger connections and more meaningful engagements. Inconsistent Follow-Up ?? Following up with leads and clients can sometimes slip through the cracks, especially when you're juggling multiple responsibilities. Inconsistent communication can make potential clients feel overlooked. Setting up automated follow-up systems ensures that you stay connected and engaged with your audience, keeping you top-of-mind when they’re ready to invest in coaching. Do any of these resonate with you? It’s okay—we’ve all been there. The good news is that these are fixable issues. By streamlining your processes and focusing on what you do best, you can build a thriving coaching business that supports both you and your clients. Let’s connect and explore how we can optimize your business operations, so you can focus on what truly matters. Ready to chat? #CoachingBusiness #OBM #BusinessGrowth #coaches #creatives

I often get asked what starting a coaching process looks like. So here's a quick breakdown of how it looks like when you start working with me: 1?? First, you express your interest and fill out a simple form (https://lnkd.in/e2AqUY6t). This helps me understand your challenges and prepare for our first meeting. 2?? Our first meeting? It’s informal, pressure-free, and charge-free. We can chat online or in person (if you're near Dublin). The goal is to see if we click and explore potential solutions. 3?? If we feel we’re a good fit, we move forward with an agreement, outlining our roles and ensuring transparency and fairness for both of us. 4?? We then agree on dates and times for the sessions. You’ll also have a custom strategy, specifically tailored to address your challenges. 5?? We meet regularly, work through the plan, and track your progress. Sometimes there will be extra assignments between sessions, all designed to support your growth. 6?? Finally, at the end of our journey, we review and summarize everything, ensuring you leave with the tools and insights you need to continue evolving beyond the coaching sessions. Coaching is personal, transformative, and tailored to you. If you're considering it, first step is to reach out, to simply start the conversation. #CoachingJourney #CoachingProcess #HowCoachingWorks #PersonalGrowth #SelfImprovement #CoachingSupport #TransformationJourney #WellBeing #GrowthJourney #Coaching #ProfessionalDevelopment #MindsetShift #LinkedInCommunity

What's at the heart of what makes a coaching engagement truly successful? The power of coaching lies not in providing solutions, but in unlocking a client's potential. It's about guiding clients to their own revelations and breakthroughs. When a coach masters the art of asking the right questions, it opens doors to deeper understanding, self-awareness, and ultimately, self-directed change. A successful coaching engagement with a coach skilled in this art is transformative. It's characterized by moments of discovery, where clients find answers within themselves. These moments are often the catalysts for significant breakthroughs in personal and professional growth. Equally important in coaching is the ability to 'hold space' for the client. This means creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions. It involves being comfortable with silence, allowing clients the time to process and articulate their insights. A coach's silence can be powerful, giving clients the room to dive deep into their internal landscape. It's in these quiet moments that some of the most profound learning and realizations occur. In essence, great coaching is about facilitating a journey of discovery. It's about asking the questions that prompt introspection and growth, and holding the space for clients to explore the vastness of their potential. Let's embrace this approach to coaching, where our success is measured not by the answers we give, but by the questions we ask and the spaces we hold. #CoachingExcellence #PowerfulQuestions #ClientBreakthroughs #TransformationalCoaching #ActiveListening

One thing that separates great coaching from mediocre coaching (and great results from mediocre results) is being a powerful stand for someone in those moments where they can't access it for themselves. When you get to be in the coach seat, you are blessed to be invited into people's worlds in the most intimate ways. You learn about a person's dreams, ambitions, struggles, fears. You get blessed with a front row seat to their life. And you also get to be the person who can hold a powerful space that has them able to say yes to themselves. That's what is on the agenda for the next two weeks in the Business Building Fundamentals Sprint. In those calls where a client is sharing with you their heart's desires. And then you watch the doubt creep in when it is crunch time. How do YOU respond to that as a coach? We're looking at deepening your coaching presence (being states that have you in the "powerful stand" position and not pushy/needed or pleasing/social self. We're looking at conversations that create a readiness and a willingness in another, if that is what someone wants. We're looking at designing spaces that focus on possibility, resourceful & creativity and not fear based decision making. We are the coaches who support people to step into empowered decision making. Excited for tonights call! If you want a piece of the pie, I'm giving away 25 guest passes for one week's access to the Sprint commencing Friday 24th May. At the end of a 1:1 session recently, a #Coaching client said, “Thank you for keeping up with my need to talk things out. I often feel I'm all over the board, but you’re able to go with my style, and help me stay focused on what matters.” The 3DLife? coaching framework and methodology is open-ended for a reason. Personally, I dislike cookie-cutter methods. You know the ones… “Follow these three steps to MILLIONS!” “Just do these 5 things every day and watch the weight fall off!” “Forget about everything else - this is the last thing you’ll ever need to find the success you’re looking for!” Omg…I would be so uninspired in my work if I used that kind of "snake oil" energy every single session. SNORE-Fest. This is what I love about 1:1 coaching. Everyone is different with their own unique experiences, patterns of thinking, behavioral tendencies and habits, approaches to new and exciting (or uncomfortable) shifts, mindset, level/depth of desired growth, situational interpretation, strengths, skills and competencies, and problems to solve. Plus, since I’m a great responder, conversation-style coaching works best for me and my clients.?It’s a much more natural process. It helps us build rapport and provides a depth of understanding that cannot be matched by following a script. It also adds a human-centric component to the skills development we do together, while staying focused on the main goals and intentions you have for your life and #Leadership in your business or organization. The biggest reason I love it, though, is the transformation and results clients get because they're invested in making long-term, lasting change - focused on their growth first - and stretching outside their comfort zone to boost the #HumanSkills and #SocialEmotionalLearning competencies they have...and the ones they want to develop. Good news! I have three 1:1 coaching spots opening up in March. Connect with me today to find out if it's right fit for the support you want.
