Learned that co-ops and condos in CD 9 that are between 10 and 31 units will have to decide whether or not to opt-in to on street containers between December 15 and January 31. However rules have not yet been introduced and it is November 20. If you’re in that district let us know if you have had any outreach - either regarding the sample bins (if your building is more than 31 units) or the choice to request a bin (if your building is between 10 and 31 units).
