It's been a while since I recorded anything new in the meditation world— but this one's been on my mind, and I finally got it done! I truly hope this brings a few other people the relief it's brought me during episodes of overwhelming chronic pain. This guided meditation is about softening our attention, building self-compassion, and letting go of resisting and fighting the sensations and messages our body gives us. It can make a significant difference in how we perceive pain and discomfort, almost immediately sometimes. (It also works for more acute pain, like a migraine or back injury, etc).
