Never when we sat down for that coffee all those years ago did I think we would end up here. Very proud of all that we have achieved over the past two years, the incredible team we have and the wonderful group of clients we have built. Smartest, most genuine, hardworking bloke there is. Honour and privledge to learn and spend majority of most days with you! Could write a list as long as the Nile about what I’ve learnt from JB, here’s 5 points that first come to mind; 1. Listen, listen more, take notes, summarise in writing, engage any expert you can to upskill and better understand the problem, turn the world over to find the most powerful solution. 2. If you find yourself with a few spare minutes having finished a meeting early, driving or walking to lunch, spend this time calling your team members to check in, this will be invaluable to both you and them. 3. No matter how busy you are, always make the time to stay connected and engaged with your network, a quick text is all it takes. 4. Respect and celebrate the achievements of our peers, their success makes us better and drives us forward as an industry. The quote I love from JB most is, “there’s enough clients out there for everyone.” 5. Always remember, we aren’t saving lives. Your family and your health always come first. One of a kind JB. Sometimes just taking a deep breath and engaging in our playful sides is exactly what we need to reset and reengage in news ways in the business. Love this reminder Hayley that laughter, creativity, teamwork, and play can have a significant impact on our connections and our joy. #wellness #joy #teamwork #impact #BusinessPerformance
One of Transcend's team commitments is "Joy," and I truly experienced that during our Tri-annual meeting earlier this month. Jaci, Kevin, and Mike organized a scavenger hunt that included rollerblading, a gondola ride over Spokane Falls, and a merry-go-round ride - and those were just the first three stops! It was a fantastic reminder to embrace joy in everything we do… which is even sweeter when your team wins the competition! Special shout-out to Craig, Makenzie, and Kevin for that. ?? Here’s to more fun and memorable moments.

It's always a party at Door No. 3! Hat tip for celebrating 30 years in business. I'm grateful to be part of writing this current chapter. From a new business perspective, it's no small feat to grow an agency. For 30 years, no less. Striking the right balance of growth is a delicate dance. Providing excellent care for your existing clients while running ahead to cultivate new clients. Building a sticky culture where top talent wants to stay while creating demand to grow the bench. Marketing for others, while also marketing for yourself. Staying heads down in the work while staying up on constantly evolving trends. You get it. Holding all of these tensions is the daily work of growth. It's the daily inputs, those little disciplines that compound over time. Keep at it today!
2024 marks Door No. 3's 30th anniversary!??? Founded in 1994, Door No. 3 is marked with a deep gratitude that we carry into the future. Yesterday marked my six-month anniversary since being promoted to Director of Business Development at Court Enforcement Services. Reflecting on my time in post so far fills me with immense pride and excitement for what lies ahead. In these past six months, our team has achieved remarkable feats together: - Enhanced Collaboration: We've implemented new ways of working collaboratively, which has benefitted both our team internally and our clients, who have recognised a more fluid service. - Empowering Team Members: It's been incredibly rewarding to witness team members not only stepping into their own and thriving in their roles, but absolutely flourishing. - Enhanced Service Levels: During this period, we've received some of the highest placement volumes of the year. However, alongside this we've also worked to reduce visit times and increase recovery rates. Notably, both monthly visit volumes and remittance values have increased for many clients, which shows the dedication of our Operations Team and their commitment to delivering industry-leading results. - Strengthened Client Relationships: Above all, we've deepened our relationships with both new and existing clients by demonstrating our unwavering commitment to being a professional, client focused and approachable High Court enforcement partner. I'm proud of what the first six months has brought, and with some really exciting projects already in the pipeline, I have no doubt that the remainder of this year will be filled with even more accomplishments, growth, and success..... watch this space ??

Q4 just kicked off. Are you chasing only the big goals? Or pausing to celebrate the small victories along the way? We often overlook the little victories in the rush to hit year-end targets. But here’s the truth: small wins drive momentum. They matter just as much as the endgame. ?? Celebrating small wins boosts morale. ?? It builds confidence. ?? It fuels motivation to tackle bigger goals. Share your wins with your team and your network. It’s not just a pat on the back; it creates visibility and strengthens connections. Don’t let small wins inflate your ego. Stay grounded and keep your eyes on the long-term goals. Celebrating isn’t about getting complacent; It’s about staying energized. As we move through Q4, remember: Your journey is as important as the destination. What’s your latest win worth celebrating?
