Seeking experienced fundraising professionals! Heartland Fund has launched the search for a Strategic Partnerships Director. Come join this fully remote team as they provide critical support and funding to rural organizations and leaders working to advance their communities. ? Heartland Fund is a funding and grantmaking collaborative built to support rural people as they transform their lives and communities toward shared prosperity, a healthy climate, and stronger democracy. With an annual budget of $35M - $40M+, Heartland Fund is making a measurable and lasting impact on communities across rural America. ? The Strategic Partnerships Director will have an opportunity to help design this new senior development role and enable historic, equitable investment in rural communities, democracy, and climate solutions. This is a unique and dynamic position with opportunities for leadership and rewarding collaboration with a network of funding partners. ? Ideal candidates will bring senior level fundraising experience including overseeing the cultivation and stewardship of 7-figure gifts, grants, and investments.?They are looking for a highly relational, organized, and strategic team member with a commitment to rural people and places, and racial, climate, and economic justice. This is a remote position with a salary range of $150,000 to $205,000 and includes a generous bene?ts package. This role will travel regularly in the United States to meet and connect with funders, but is otherwise fully remote.
