We are pleased to present our weekly luxury market report for listings at the $4 million +. Last week, Manhattan saw 21 contracts signed at this price point, with condos outselling co-ops 16 to 2, and 3 townhouses also in the mix. The top two sales were penthouse condos, with one-third of all contracts asking for over $10 million. The No.1 contract signed was PHE at 443 Greenwich St, asking $28 million, and the No.2 contract signed was PH at 126 East 86th St, asking $19,750,000. The total weekly asking price sales volume was an impressive $203,708,000, with an average asking price of $9,700,381. #luxuryrealestate #manhattanrealestate #realestatestatistics
