Another fun week learning new things with clients!
It's been a busy stretch assisting Great Lakes St. Lawrence Governors & Premiers with several media events. This week I was in Milwaukee for a "Head to Tail Fish Showcase event, held in partnership with University of Wisconsin Sea Grant/Water Resources Institutes. The event centered on GSGP's 100% Fish Pledge initiative. The project’s goal is to demonstrate how 100% of commercially-caught fish from the Great Lakes can be used for different purposes and beyond just food.?
