This position can be in Utah or remote (preferably in Eastern US area). The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations: Generate new Sales from existing and new customers with a particular focus on Engines / Nacelles, and Business / Regional Jets market opportunities. Formulate requirements for Hexcel products and knowledge into recommendations to meet customer needs. Shape growth strategies based upon in-depth knowledge of market and competition and develop innovative customer growth strategies which cover multiple Hexcel product lines and customer sites. Regularly utilize tools and forecast data to meet sales targets and forecast accuracy Lead preparation of proposals to ensure customer requirements are met and to improve our competitive position. Leverage resources and knowledge of products, services, processes and operations to support customer commitments, gain competitive advantages and foster business growth. Offer solutions leveraging Hexcel vertical capabilities solving a customers need by understanding the customer better than any competitor. Engage / Leverage customer decision makers to sell additional Hexcel value fostering long-term growth. Manage internal processes to include strategic and business planning (STRAP), and all requirements of Hexcel's growth process Lead teams to optimize and implement pursuit strategies across all Hexcel technologies.
