There are some things that you can't really say about yourself; you have to wait for other people to say them about you. For example, I certainly believe that Relay.app is much easier to use than Zapier. But of course I would say that. A founder saying that about their own product is not meaningful. Luckily we now have lots of other people saying unsolicited, nice stuff about us! - "UX feels leaps ahead of Zapier/Make" - "You saved me thousands of dollars in engineering work." - "Hands down, best workflow automation available!" I'm wondering how we can best tap into this user love and social proof to communicate to new potential users why they should give us a try. To start, we've included a really prominent quote block near the top of our landing page, and a standalone "wall of love" as well. Any recommendations on how we can do better here? Any pointers to companies that have done this really well?

Months have passed, and I was hoping the hirist.tech team might have caught this critical yet basic login issue, but it still persists: Click 'Login' → Sent to Sign Up Click 'Sign In' → Finally log in page ?? Bonus confusion: Inconsistent language toggles "Login" and "Sign In" Sign-in button awkwardly attached to bottom of the Sign Up page with oversized buttons and input fields, requiring extra scrolling on sign-up page to find it ?? As a product builder, I believe smooth user experiences are non-negotiable. Small friction points can drive users away faster than you can say 'authentication'.
