New CO law alert: Beginning July 1, 2024, Colorado will officially begin enforcing a restriction?prohibiting employers from asking job applicants to disclose their age on an employment application. Also, a reminder: As of January 1, 2021, employers seeking to possibly employ people are required to include the hourly wage or salary they're offering, as well as any additional compensation information (i.e., bonuses, commissions) and details about benefits in job postings!
