February is Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month — and we know that hands-on learning leads to real-world success! For the second year in a row, Norfolk Fleet Management is teaming up with Norfolk Public Schools' Norfolk Technical Center to offer an Automotive Technology Job Shadowing Program. Three talented NTC Automotive Technology students will spend the rest of the school year working side-by-side with Fleet's experienced professionals, gaining valuable skills, tackling real-world challenges and jump-starting their careers. This partnership continues to help build stronger, more-skilled workforce right here in Norfolk.
