**My Experience as a Cashier for Three Years – Mohammed Ibrahim**
Over the course of three years working as a cashier, the experience has been full of challenges and lessons that helped develop my personal and professional skills. During this time, I learned the importance of accuracy and speed in executing tasks, especially since handling money and sales requires a high level of focus and responsibility.
One of the biggest challenges I faced was managing customers during peak times, when the pressure is high and quick service is needed while maintaining professionalism and courtesy. Sometimes I dealt with dissatisfied customers or issues related to bills or products. However, through empathy and patience, I made sure to listen to their concerns, understand their problems, and offer appropriate solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
I also faced technical challenges related to the equipment and payment systems, but over time I learned how to handle these issues quickly, either by resolving them myself or seeking assistance from the technical team.
What helped me overcome these challenges was the collaboration with my colleagues. We worked as a team to ease the pressure on each other and ensure the workflow ran smoothly. Additionally, I always made an effort to improve myself by learning new skills such as using modern systems and refining my customer service approach.
Today, I am proud of what I’ve achieved in these three years. I see this experience as more than just a job; it was a school that taught me patience, responsibility, and how to work under pressure.
