Frankly, if this is right in this talk, a lot of the blame needs to be laid on the people in boardrooms who decided to invest in China and not the nations they were in. China is not having it easy internally with a government in mega debt and provinces that to fix their deficits are going back for taxes and fines for 25 years and destroying many of the firms that made it.
