I had my first known AI interaction when having to use it for a recruiter to provide a simple analysis of my view on my skills,personality etc..Many firms and governments already use this and other AI solutions to simplify work practices like minutes and proposals. Friends have talked about the time saved..and time is ??. This #BBC story will remain pertinent until AI determines its not and erases it, or worse, modifies it to be positive about AI

What We Can Learn From AI (Part 31): Everyone can do something that AI can’t—Self-Encouragement. Humans, due to their emotional nature, require the ability to regulate their emotions. When facing negative emotions such as pessimism, humans can maintain positivity through self-encouragement. AI lacks emotions, hence the absence of the concept of positive or negative emotions. Emotions, whether deemed good or bad, indeed possess dual aspects. As Laozi said, "The greatest affliction for humans is having a body." Emotions seem to hold a similar significance for humans.
