Had the opportunity yesterday to tour 5 of our projects currently under construction in the Triangle. Each are in a different stage of construction and include the following projects and types: Marlowe Capital Hills, Raleigh, NC - 404 unit 3/4 split walkups. Aura Fifty4, Durham, NC - 250 unit 4-story surface parked. Depot 499, Apex, NC - 265 unit 5-story wrap. Aura Chapel Hill, Chapel Hill, NC - 415 unit 4-story tabletop with apartments and townhomes. North Hills, Raleigh, NC - 2 million sf mixed-use expansion. Took the original mall down in the early 2000s, great to see the project still evolve 25 years later.
