As one of the five mentors in Australia, I am thrilled to be part of this groundbreaking pilot program, in collaboration with #NAWO and #ourwatch ?? Together, we're collectively focused to empower men to navigate gender bias head-on and foster a more inclusive workplace ?? In our latest session, we delved deep into the riveting topic of "Speaking Up: Challenging Microaggressions." ?? We all know that microaggressions are those often subtle, unintentional interactions or behaviors that convey biases towards historically marginalinalised groups ?? To fuel our growth and awareness, we embarked on an eye-opening activity: "Notice More." ?? Picture this: Over the next week or two, the team are keeping a private log of situations where women's voices are ignored, left uninvited or abruptly interrupted ??
