2 周So proud of you! Thank you for your hard work and persistence in bringing this well known but not so much acknowledged real issue clinicians face everyday to the forefront. Even though no longer an employee, I was thrilled for you all when I had to be buzzed in to the CICU last week because I knew that meant that the needle had been moved in the right direction. Way to go! We cannot do our best work and serve our patients with the care they deserve if we don’t feel psychologically and physically safe. Oxygen mask first… We are always making sure our patients feel safe. We are no different. PS- I need your autograph, please
