A few of us just wrapped up a challenging strategy session, which we called the Vision Summit. ?? The goal? To focus on forward-thinking initiatives that will drive Insurely Inc. into the future. I went into this hoping to gain a more real, unfiltered understanding of Insurely—what it is today and what it could be tomorrow. THE RULES: This wasn’t about playing it safe. It was about stripping away the sugar-coating, confronting our weaknesses head-on, and ditching the “spreadsheet liars club.” We don’t need pats on the back from vendors who benefit from our spending—we need to own our missteps and dig deep into uncomfortable truths. Because that’s how we grow! This process wasn’t easy, but we’re walking away from it with a renewed sense of pride. Being a challenger brand in this David vs. Goliath game is where we thrive.
