Insight ??: We make our luck in open source through our willingness to put our ideas out there and through interacting with a diverse community of contributors. It's not merely "dumb luck" that things like the XZ vulnerability are caught early or that #Linux and #opensource have become so critical to modern business infrastructure. Rather, it's the ethos of the open source movement that creates a vast "Luck Surface Area" of opportunities. ??
