An intriguing legal development: A complaint filed on Feb. 22, 2024, accuses the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Latino of excluding non-Latinos from its internship program. This lawsuit holds significant implications for charitable organizations and for-profit businesses alike, sparking discussions around diversity and inclusion in such programs.
