There's no special framework for getting top-notch feedback from your customers (Or is there??) ?? Just kidding! There isn't.. ?? It's all about keeping it simple and genuine. The goal is to build trust and have them willing to leave a review. But... ...Don't expect them to bring it up by themselves. You have ask! (Yeah! You might be nervous, I know. Just do it!) It might seem difficult to ask, but it’s pretty simple actually. You could easily: - Send a follow-up email or text after a purchase - Ask right after a purchase - Make It easy for them by using Cheers Smart Badges ?? 3 个月Asking for a review can make one very nervous. However, I’ve realized that it’s easier when your product is great and actually addresses the customers pain points. They’re often willing to give a review when you ask. Some even send a review without you asking. A great product makes it easier. P.S: I love your blog post. As a customer service representative, it is of immense value.
