Please join us in congratulating the latest graduates of the AWWA Customer Service Certificate program! ?? This three-day, in-person course equips participants with the skills to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers, and is certified by the American Water Works Association. We’re proud to celebrate this recent cohort, made up of team members from our Customer Service, Field Operations, Laboratory Services, and Training & Workforce Development divisions, along with several participants from our Workforce Development Apprentice Program.
