Two weeks ago I resigned from my role as COO of American Ninja Warrior Adventure Park (Sometimes, the right decision isn’t the easiest one.) But here’s the truth: Integrity isn’t optional. Ethics matter. Industry standards aren’t just guidelines—they’re the foundation. I had to make this choice to realign with my personal values and professional principles. As I move into this next chapter, here’s where my focus will be: 1. Work-Life Balance ? Making time for what truly matters 2. Being Present for Family & Friends ? Showing up fully, without distractions 3. Prioritizing My Own Success ? Following my own path—not someone else’s agenda If there’s one thing I’ve learned: You can’t compromise your values just to meet expectations.
