Requirements Analysis *Skill Development Targets --> Able to understand client needs and document in testing scenarios, as well as explaining to developers to be implemented. *Learning Details --> Work closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and document. *Assessment Methods --> Observation of test scenarios and implementation results by developers. 2. Data Analysis *Skill Development Targets --> Able to understand the data flow process in the application to analyze problems that may occur in the application and recommend preventive actions. *Learning Details --> Interns will be guided by an Account Manager, as well as a Service Manager for explain the data flow process in the application to the intern. *Assessment Methods --> Observe the test result documents to see whether they are in accordance with the request from clients. 3. Problem Solving *Skill Development Targets --> Able to solve problems in application development being carried out, involves the ability to identify and solve issues, including debugging, navigation, and more. *Learning Details --> Interns will be guided by an Account Manager, Service Manager and work the same as the Engineering division. *Assessment Methods --> Observe project results and progress timeline. 4.
