Are you passionate about Habitat for Humanity of Boone County and looking for a new way to get involved? We have an exciting opportunity just for you! We are currently seeking 3-5 enthusiastic members to join our Fundraising Committee. As part of this team, you’ll help plan and execute our signature Spring Fundraiser on March 1st and assist with other large and small fundraising events throughout the year. It's a great way to make a difference while connecting with other people who share your passion for Habitat's mission. If you love Habitat and enjoy working with a fun and dedicated group of people, this is the perfect opportunity to make a real impact. Your efforts will directly support our work in building homes, communities, and hope right here in Boone County! Interested? Working on all of the Women Builds ?? Wall Build or Landscape Day? Wall Build - so many people come together for just a very short time and accomplish so much and there is just so much anticipation of what is to come, especially for the homeowner. I love how everyone writes encouraging notes on the boards. ?? What is your favorite part of being a volunteer? I love being a part of the Women Build because it's just amazing to see so many women from across they county come together to not only build a house but also to raise the funds for it and have fun while doing it! ?? What does home mean to you? A safe space to feel love, peace, and comfort Thank you Christy for all of your hard work to make Women Build a huge success every year! ??
