Rick Leander spent 30 years at the cutting edge of Business and Technology Transformation in London, Tokyo, and New York. He built and led the Strategic Technology Group at Bank of America and built a $500 Million Strategic Investing Fund. He created and ran Mellon Labs, a new business incubator that ran innovation challenges for Fortune 500 companies. He was the CEO of a Fintech before Fintech was thing. He now leads LFB Holdings, using behavioral design to help companies improve results. He is heavily involved with the entrepreneurial ecosystem in North Carolina and speaks, coaches, and writes on company culture, behavioral economics, payments, and future trends in society, work, and life. He sits on the boards of a number of for profit and non-profit firms and is an advisor to a wide portfolio of startups.
