This duality often gives me unique perspectives on life, work, and growth. Looking back at 2024, I’d say I did not too bad—but I know there’s always room for improvement. ? Highlights of 2024: ~Successfully handled 3 accident claims, ensuring all bills were fully covered for my clients. ~Attended numerous company trainings to sharpen my skills and knowledge. ~Participated in both personal and company-organized roadshows, which led to new leads and a few closings. I’m proud of these milestones, but I know I can strive for more. ? Areas to Improve in 2025: ~Expanding my clientele base to help more people. ~Offering a wider variety of plans tailored to individual needs. ~Participating in more engagement activities to build deeper connections. New home solutions stepping in and being proactive is what we do

I’m presenting in #Denver this week on unlocking resiliency and peak performance in the face of stress. We are all so different, diverse and unique in who we are, where we came from, and what we value. Our “snowflake” essence is what makes the world and our work environments so very special. Nevertheless, every single one of us yearns for the same 2 things in our careers: (1) more resiliency, inner peace, and joy (i.e., emotional enhancement); and (2) improved cognitive functioning of some sort, e.g., improved focus, efficiency, memorization, reading comprehension, will power, decision-making, creativity, etc. (i.e., cognitive enhancement). When we begin incorporating into each day science-backed techniques proven to advance these two core needs, rather than exclusively spending each day frantically white-knuckling our way through our various deadlines, we begin accomplishing more in less time — and with higher quality and more joy.??????? [P.S. Very cool to see Mile High Stadium off in the distance behind me -- about 1.5 miles away. And yes, I still call it "Mile High Stadium," regardless of the corporate re-branding. ??]

For business owners and professionals in need of some mid-year motivation, this midpoint is the perfect time to reflect on the first half of the year. Analyzing our achievements and learning from the challenges of the past months enables us to strategize effectively for the remaining two quarters. As we all know, time flies, and this period is crucial for adjusting our goals. It's also important however to celebrate along the way, those little wins or achievements that indicate that you're on the right track. With H1 now done it's also a good time to reflect, reset, and gear up for the remainder of 2024. So here's my "report card": ? 3 big goals achieved ? 3 making solid progress but need a bit of work ? 1 not achieved at all I'd have taken that back in December when I set my 2024 big goals, and I'm proud of what I've achieved so far. I'm also super excited to keep focussed on what needs to be done in H2! How's the year shaping up for you? Did you set yourself some big goals, and if so, how are you performing against them?
