BIG NEWS! I have a new book coming out in a few weeks. "On Undue Influence: A Forensic Psychology Primer" is a short book that explains the legal and psychological underpinnings of an undue influence case. I use a real-life case example (not one of my own...I used a published case that is in the public domain) to demonstrate how attorneys structure a will contest based on undue influence and how undue influence experts conduct their analysis to bolster the attorney's legal case. I'll let y'all know when the book is ready for purchase. This is the first book in the Forensic Psychology Primer series! My next book, coming out in mid-late 2025, will be "On Testamentary Capacity."
