Social value is delivered and measured in many different ways. Last year, we recognised that while we had been delivering significant social impact for years, we needed a clearer plan and way to measure our impact to enable a greater focus on our efforts and, in turn, emphasise the importance of social value to our business. We developed our first Social Value Strategy and invested in a measurement tool, Impact Reporting. ? We are constantly learning and evolving to ensure continuous improvement and we are committed to evaluating our efforts to make a greater impact on our people and wider society. ? Although we are still developing our reporting, we wanted to share our progress toward targets at the halfway point of year one of our strategy and, importantly, some feedback from those impacted by recent activities delivered. ?
