My experience with poor customer service at a medical health facility. I recently visited a healthy facility for a routine CBC blood examination, expecting efficient and compassionate care. I was unfortunately met with indifferences, Despite a waiting room full of patients, no doctor or nurse attended to us. The receptionists were in a deep personal conversation, ignoring me and other patients ??I got Frustrated and disappointed, I left without receiving medical attention. Many other patients followed suit. ??Healthcare providers must prioritize patients' needs, ensuring: ??Prompt attention and clear communication. ??Staff training on empathy and professionalism. ??Efficient processes and adequate staffing.
