Our CEO, Sarah Ratcliffe, opened the event with a warm welcome, setting the scene.
Kirsty Draper, JLL provided a deep dive into green leases at the venue, 20 Water Street, highlighting key opportunities and lessons learned.
Ed Green, Grosvenor, shared Grosvenor's innovative approach to green leases.
Next, our Head of Sustainability Engagement, Laura Noctor-King, took us on a journey through the development of the Green Lease Toolkit, closing her session with a live walkthrough of the Toolkit, and navigating attendees through its dynamic structure.?
An engaging panel discussion on green leases followed, led by our moderator, Emily Hamilton, Savills Investment Management, and featuring insightful perspectives from panelists including Kirsty Draper, JLL David Maguire, CBRE, Josh Palmer, GSK, and Siobhan Cross, Pinsent Masons
To wrap up the event, Sarah Ratcliffe issued a powerful call to action, urging all to utilise and share the Toolkit, and inviting the industry to contribute case studies.
