But along this journey, I’ve learned that lighting isn’t just about the optics, it’s about people. Every optical system is unique, just like every team member. Over the years, I’ve learned so much from every person I’ve worked with—those who are still part of DContour and those who are now illuminating paths elsewhere. But one thing remains constant: we’re making a difference, and we will continue to do so. In optics, certain systems stand out, just like in teams. Some, like MFR systems, help distribute light across the road so others can see—just like a few leaders in my team, who share their knowledge and ensure others are well-prepared for what’s ahead.
