It all starts with a question. You've heard me say it before. It all starts with a question and it does. And typically when someone sharing information or someone's even asking a question of me, I will typically respond with a question. Now, some people don't like it, but here's the reality. Imagine if. I answered their question directly and mistook what they were really looking for. I answered a question without context. Now imagine a scenario where you go in there and you answer the question with context. You gain a better understanding of what it is that they're looking for, how they define the thing that they're looking to do, whether or not they're trying to make a decision or they're trying to solve a problem, or we're just trying to get better at communication. When you start with a question, you'll gain additional perspective. And then when you gain that additional perspective, you'll get yourself into a position where you can start to make better decisions. You can help people solve problems. You can design for specific solutions, You can actually communicate better, which is ultimately leadership. This is our leadership skills that you've heard me talk about.
