Yesterday, our associates from the DMV, Boston, and Austin markets came together for our annual Kickoff event, a time for us to reflect on the successes of the past year and set the stage for a productive year ahead. The day included presentations from leadership team members and time to connect with colleagues outside of the office. Most notably, we participated in a team bonding Charity Bike Build activity where we worked in groups to build bicycles for the students at the Washington Jesuit Academy and Washington School for Girls.
