Whenever possible it is best to get feedback from various perspectives. Here are some factors I like to consider. A new career starter will have different insights than someone with 30 years of experience. Someone with a technical background will have a very different perspective than a business stakeholder. People from different countries, cultures, genders, and religions will all bring unique ideas. In the instances where speaking to a large range of people isn't possible try to read articles, watch videos, etc... people have already written about your topic. You could also try asking AI to take roles as different personas.

I want to acknowledge that even when you ask for feedback and genuinely want to learn recieving it can be hard sometimes. Instinct is to not want the final product you worked really hard on to be criticized. I suggest preparing yourself to be most receptive to feedback by acknowledging improvements/corrections to be made are not a personal failure but part of the process. I also suggest taking breaks. Personally, I digest information better in chunks so set periods of times to review feedback, especially critical feedback, so as not to feel overwhelmed.
