What is it that makes us tick, gets us truly excited and keeps me hounding you all to give Grad a go in the UK? There are a many reasons truthfully and the innovation and drive behind the products is something that will always be impressive to me, but this is the cool factor not a core reason. The real reasons are: Community - Grad is a global community of installers, end-users, distributors, employees, suppliers etc and everyone that we touch become a part of that. Just take a look at the locations of people following and liking Grad. It transcends borders, languages and beliefs. Why? Because good people and companies are easy to understand and believe in. Our training days we are running in the UK, show that we are keen to not just train people on our products but they do it in an informal way that brings people together to learn, laugh and collaborate. Working with people that we feel share the same goals and that we like working with. Intent/Integrity - Collectively, Grad and all our colleagues are striving to improve the installation process and useability for anyone installing these systems, not just sell you some products. It goes far beyond tweaking something that exists and steps into the realms of new possibilities like some of the great companies in other industries to make some real impact on peoples lives. We will always listen to your suggestions to help us offer an even better service/product. Forward Thinking Innovation - Take a look back through my posts and I have long said that construction was stale with very little improvements and we needed to learn from tech companies and move forward. The continual improvements and innovative, progressive attitude towards our entire company operations is a breath of fresh air. A fully automated factory, powered by solar, heated by our own wood waste etc are a shining example of moving into the future. Not to mention the constant R&D on our system to further improve the experience. There are many reasons and each member of our wider community may add something different, that's the beauty of Grad. There is something for everyone to appreciate, be it people, process, innovation, product or performance.
