There are many ways to screw up hiring a virtual assistant. Here are the 3 biggest mistakes that I see people making: 1- Looking for someone who can do EVERYTHING (A unicorn) 2- Not having a clear definition of the tasks they want to be completed 3- No operating procedures to follow I have heard people complain time and again that they hired someone and it did not work out. “They just didn't know how to do things the way I wanted” In my experience, this is YOUR fault 85% of the time. Nobody can read your mind. Nobody understands your business like you. Nobody can guess how you want things done. Create clear and concise tasks and expectations.
