Senior level move - Wates Group names new hard FM chief Wates has appointed Jack Prady as the new managing director of its #facilitiesmanagement business. Jack Prady Wates FM managing director He brings a wealth of experience to Wates, having held #leadership positions across the facilities #management and built environment sectors for the past 18 years. Most recently he was chief operating officer at Salford-based contractor Thermatic Technical FM for over two years. Before that he worked at #VinciFacilities as an operations director. Alongside Prady, Wates FM also recently welcomed Mark Wiles as business development and work winning director. Their appointments are part of a broader effort to bolster the firm’s leadership as the business celebrates another successive year of growth. Both directors aim to deliver ambitious growth plans by strengthening customer relationships and growing the business in new markets. They will also play a key role in supporting Wates’ commitment to helping customers achieve net zero carbon objectives through energy management and optimisation.
