Despite having the resources and a clear mandate from fundamental capitalist theory as propounded by Adam Smith, if countries following neoliberalism do not interfere to enhance the common man's access to quality and affordable education, does it imply that the neoliberal power elite, being fully aware that knowledge, information, and technological know-how are the biggest resources for power in modern times, are deliberately trying to limit most people's access to power to keep the democratic power structure heavily dominated by the smallest possible group?
